The two following menus were constructed by greating a table with two columns and one row. Each menu is its own column. The first one consists of a top, two buttons, and a bottom. The second one consists of a top, three of the narrow buttons, and a bottom. What could be easier? No Java script needed.

Banner used as header with mixed buttons and navigation bottom. These are in a table of one row and one column, centered for best effect. Don't forget to place a line break after each element.
